Environmental Diploma and Green Smiley
GroNet - in collaboration with Sønderborg Municipality - has awarded ALCUMATIC A/S a diploma for an extraordinary environmental effort.
Once again in 2026, the approval committee has decided that ALCUMATIC A/S should be awarded a diploma. This is the 11th time we have received it.
The mayor stated during the presentation, among other things:
*“It is a great pleasure to be able to thank you – environmental coordinators from Hospital Sønderjylland, Alcumatic, Müller Gas Equipment and Danish Crown – who are receiving the Gronet Environmental Diploma today.
You have been the driving force behind the systematic environmental work and have ensured that it is an integral part of your companies’ operations.
For many years, you have worked purposefully to reduce environmental impact and have documented your efforts through data, targets and concrete actions. This requires both professional expertise and perseverance.
As mayor, I would like to say: ‘Your efforts clearly show that environmental responsibility and strong business performance can go hand in hand – and this is something we as a municipality are proud of.’
Your work strengthens both your companies and the green development of our region.
