In Alcumatic A/S, we have more than seven different high-pressure die casting machines from the Italian company IDRA.
The machines can provide a closure pressure between 150 kilotons and 1100 kilotons.
With the machines, we can produce units between 30 grams and 12 kilograms. The machines are equipped with an automatic refiller or a Støtek infill oven.
Most of the machines are equipped with ABB robots for spraying moulds and set-aside units.
The division has hydraulic presses to cut the supportive fins and infill when the unit leaves the high pressure die casting machine.
We have a team assembled to help with the reparation and maintenance of the moulds in the end process. We offer the service to glass blast the units produced.
