Categories of information about our customers, suppliers and employees

The information we process about you can be:

  • Identification information such as name, address, telephone and e-mail.

  • Purchase history.

  • payment history, payment information in consideration with credit rating.

  • Information from employment contracts/other contracts.

Our data processing has the following purpose:

  • Administration of customer/supplier relationship, maintaining and growing cooperation with our customers and suppliers.

  • Statistic purpose: Conduct analysis and general reporting of customer/supplier information collected.

The legal basis for our processing of your data is as follows:

  • In handling person sensitive information in regards to:
    • Completion of your/our orders and purchase's, including delivery, credit handling and payment, is the legal basis for our registration of information Danish data-security regulation article 6 , paragraph 1. cf. the Danish data-security regulation article 6, paragraph 1. litra b, regarding the handling, which is necessary to engage in a contract and complete set contract.
    • Personal adminstration
  • When we register information that is required according to the accounting act or as a link in reporting obligation to the tax authority, the legal basis in the Danish data-security regulation article 6, paragraph 1. cf. the Danish data-security regulation article 6, paragraph 1. litra c, regarding the handling that is necessary to comply with the legal obligations, that incumbent the data holder.
  • Disclosure of your information can occur in observing the processing laws in the data-security regulation and other Danish legislations. We will, on a case to case basis, evaluate if the disclosure will require your explicit approval or if the disclosure can happen on another legal basis.
  • For statistical purposes: The legal basis for data handling exclusively in statistical and scientific purposes is the danish data-security regulation article 6, paragraph 1. cf. the danish data-security regulation article 6, paragraph 1. litra e, regarding the handling that is necessary to complete a task in the interest of society. Only information that is necessary for the study will be used, and the data will not be used for anything but pure statistical analysis.

We pass on or leave person sensitive information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Banking in connection to administration of bank transfers/payroll transfers
  • Debt collection and credit bureaus in case of credit mismanagement
  • Tax authority and other authorities in regards to statutory reporting
  • Insurance/pension companies in regards to the completion of concluded contracts
  • Educational institutions in concerning participants of courses (personal only)

Alcumatic A/S follows the general storage deadline according to the accounting act.

To ensure a short processing period for returning customers/supplier relations, potential complaint and warranty cases, and to live up to our obligations, we have decided that it is necessary to save all information for five years plus the current year from the business relationship has ended.

For future and potential customers/supplier relations covered by marketing related activities, we will oblige by the rules in the marketing act and the principles of good marketing.

Right to limiting for the processing

In some instances, you have the right to have the processing of your personal information limited.

If you have the right to have your information limited, we will in the future only process your data -with the exception of storage- with your consent or for the purpose of determining legal requirements.

Right to objection

In certain cases, you have the right to object against our legal processing of your personal information. You can also object against the processing of your data in direct marketing.
